Clothing Center

Capuchin Clothes Closet - There are countless reasons why so many find themselves in need of basic clothing. Sometimes a mother and her children have to leave an abusive home with only the clothes on their backs. When a parent is laid off and has no income, their children continue to grow and are in need of clothes for school or a warm jacket to wear as fall turns into winter. Thousands of individuals struggling with mental illness often find themselves on the streets with nowhere to turn, and with their only possessions the clothes they are wearing.  Whatever the reason, the House of Peace will help them with free clothes from the Capuchin Clothes Closet. Every day, people from the community drop off donated clothing to be sorted and redistributed to those in need.
