Immediate Needs: Thank you for making a difference

Spread the warmth! House of Peace needs new blankets, gently coats, and boots to keep guests warm this winter.

Next time you're at the store, please pick up diapers & wipes for the House of Peace. The need is tremendous.

Can you donate new hats & mittens for our House of Peace kids? Please drop off at our 17th & Walnut location.

The House of Peace always needs new and gently used boots, all sizes welcome. Can you help?

Father Matthew has Mass at the House of Peace every morning, 6:40 am.

We are always in need of donated dollars. With your donations, we purchase food that will supplement our food pantry. We never want to turn anyone away.
We are always in need of new underwear and new socks for all sizes--Men, Ladies, and Children
We are always in need of hygiene products.
Currently, we are in need of new, warm jackets.

You can help feed the poor and help our guests celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas by:

Collecting the food items from our Holiday Gift Basket list.
Hold a food drive for these items at your school, in your church, neighborhood or business.
Host a "stock the boxes" party where volunteers stock the food boxes with the donated items. Our list of food items needed is printed on the side of the box so it is easy to fill the boxes correctly. Partial boxes are also accepted.
Hold a toy drive. We have approximately 2,000 children who will not have any toys for Christmas without your help. Please call for details on Toy Drives.
